Katti named a top influential scientist in radiology imaging
Kattesh Katti, PhD, was recently selected by RT Image Weekly Radiology Magazine magazine as one of the 25 most influential scientists in radiology imaging. Katti is professor of radiology at the University of Missouri School of Medicine, professor of physics at the MU College of Arts and Sciences’ Department of Physics and Astronomy and senior research scientist at the MU Research Reactor.

He was recognized for his discoveries in environmentally friendly nanotechnology that led to biocompatible gold nanoparticles, which have applications in molecular imaging.
